    The ladies of the coronor's office were very solemn and respectful at my mother's death, and went above and beyond to help me. In order to have a flight discount due to death in the immediate family, I needed to present a death certificate to the airline. However, because additional tests needed to be run on my mother's body, the death certificate would not be available until several weeks later. The ladies at the office composed a letter to the airline in lieu of the death certificate without my having to ask them. They were very kind and understanding.
