    There should be no reason that a small town post office can't hold a package for a military man who is about to deploy and needs the items in the package that morning when their delivery time is inconsistent at best. The post office in my town of over 300,000 allows pick ups if you call first thing in the morning for any reason. But I call in and explain to the woman here that my husband had something shipped from Texas and that we are going back out of state for his deployment and she responds with "you can't pick them up sweetie". Rude and lazy, I swear, backwoods York County for you.
